The SPASA Australia Awards of Excellence are the swimming pool and spa industry’s most prestigious awards, attracting entries from every region in Australia and showcasing achievements in construction, design, manufacturing, supply, products, retail and service.

The Pimpama Sports Hub project where we installed eight EvoHeat CS-GEN2 heat pumps was awarded gold for Commercial System, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry. Additionally, we received Highly Commended recognitions for the categories Sustainable Project and Innovative Project, further reinforcing our passion for sustainable and groundbreaking solutions.

'Clean, affordable & secure energy'
Latrobe City Council: Hyland Hwy Landfill

Latrobe City Council has been nominated as a finalist for the Industry leader award in the Premier’s Sustainability Awards 2021!

Latrobe City Council is a finalist in the ‘Clean, affordable and secure energy’ category after being recognised for their application of environmentally friendly technologies to create energy and minimise emissions. A key factor in their finalist nomination, Latrobe’s Hyland Highway Landfill utilises a Evo Energy 2G Avus800b Landfill Biogas system which converts landfill gas to electricity.

Evo Energy has been awarded the National SPASA Award for 'Sustainable Project' of the year!

The SPASA Australia Awards of Excellence are the swimming pool and spa industry’s most prestigious awards, attracting entries from every region in Australia and showcasing achievements in construction, design, manufacturing, supply, products, retail and service.

Evo’s project at Cook & Phillip Park Aquatic Centre has been recognised for its incredible sustainable solution involving both cogeneration equipment & heat pumps which will see the centre reduce their energy consumption, energy costs and carbon emissions.

At the 2021 SPASA NSW/ACT Awards, Evo’s project at Cook & Phillip Aquatic Centre has been awarded in three different categories!

Evo were awarded gold in the ‘Sustainable Project’ category, and highly commended in the ‘Innovative Project’ & ‘Commercial System’ categories for our project at Cook & Phillip Aquatic Centre after being recognised for its incredible sustainability. 'Innovative Project & Sustainable Project'
Dreamworld: White Water World

The SPASA Australia Awards of Excellence are the swimming pool and spa industry’s most prestigious awards, attracting entries from every region in Australia and showcasing achievements in construction, design, manufacturing, supply, products, retail and service. Evo received the Gold National award for the 'Innovative Project' category, and gold in the 'Sustainable Project' category at the regional awards.

In March 2017, Evo commenced the installation of the largest heat pump system in Australia with a cutting-edge system upgrade at the popular tourist theme park, WhiteWater World. Evo’s redesign heats over 30 slides, water-rides and pools to a toasty 26 degrees using 19 high performance EvoHeat CS200-GEN2 heat pumps.

'Business Leadership'
Rivalea Australia

In 2017, Rivalea Australia were chosen as a finalist in the Business Leadership category for the 2017 Green Globe Awards for the installation of their 2G Biogas Generator.

The Business Leadership award recognises outstanding NSW businesses and corporations that have integrated environmental management and sustainable practices into their organisation. This includes consolidating environmental sustainability into their strategy, planning and operations or service delivery, and showing that this strengthens their commercial viability.

'Splash! Environmental Award'
Fremantle Aquatic Centre

In 2014, Evo Energy were awarded the Splash! Environmental Award for their ground-breaking Fremantle Aquatic Centre heating project.

This project of combined heat pump and cogeneration system was the first of its kind in Australia and was recognised for its enormous savings and environmental benefits.

The SPLASH! Environmental Awards are the only awards in the world dedicated to environment friendly products and projects in the swimming pool and spa industry.
